All Packages and courses need to be paid in full before commencement of the first dive or the beginning of a course
Night dives do not form part of any Packages
Equipment rented can only be used on Pisces launches
Our fees do not include the ISIMANGALISO daily gate entry fees.
If you are satying for a few days consider purchasing a Rhino card from www.kznwildlife.com or from their office in the Park
All scuba divers need to purchase an annual Diver Permit as per government legislation to scuba dive in the Sodwana Bay MPA (Marine Protected Area). These can be purchased at any Post Office
We highly recommend that all divers are in possession of DAN (Divers Alert Network) insurance


Dive Courses and Activities Price list - From November 2018

Snorkel Trips – R250
Fun for the whole family. Duration Approximately 1 hour. Includes mask, fins and snorkel.

Night Dives – R550
Advanced Qualification and Night Rating required. Includes cylume. Excludes Gear and Torch hire

Refresher Course – R350
If it has been six months or longer since your last dive you should brush up your skills.
Test your equipment and refresh your boat dive procedures.
Duration: An hour or two in the pool depending on how you do.
Equipment rental is excluded

Discover Scuba Diving - PADI – R1200
This is a taste tester into our Underwater Paradise.
This experience program includes theory and DSD booklet, 1 pool session, 1 sea dive and full gear hire.
Requirements: Age 10 and up.
Duration: 1-2 Days
Additional supervised dives cost R600.00 each (including Instructor fee and equipment hire). "

Bubble Maker - Pool Adventure - PADI – R750
Bubblemaker is as fun as it sounds – a chance for kids to blow bubbles by scuba diving. Children who are at least 8 years old can use scuba gear to breathe underwater and swim around in shallow water. Includes instruction and equipment hire

Open Water Diver - PADI – R4300
"The Open Water Course is an internationally recognised certification, allowing you to dive with your buddy up to a depth of 18m The course is made up of 3 sections:
• Knowledge Development to understand the basic principles of scuba diving.
• Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba skills.
• Open Water Dives to use your skills and explore!
Requirements: Age 10 and up.
Duration: 4 Full Days though, 5 is recommended in case of new divers struggling with equalising or poor weather.

Advanced Open Water Diver - PADI – R3200
The Advanced Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills, so you can become more comfortable in the water.
There are two mandatory dives: Deep and Navigation.
You can discuss with your instructor which three additional Adventure dives to choose from.
Duration: 3 Days
The course includes Advanced Diver Crew Pack and certification. The course excludes equipment hire.

Enriched Air (Nitrox) Diver - PADI – R1950
The Enriched Air Diver Course is our most popular specialty. Scuba diving with enriched air nitrox gives you more no-stop dive time. This means more time underwater, especially on repetitive scuba dives.
Requirements: Open Water Certification
Duration: 2 Afternoon Tuition Sessions

Emergency First Response (EFR) - Primary and Secondary Care - PADI – R990
Learn to give CPR and First Aid to someone in need!
EFR is a one day course which teaches you the fundamentals in coping with an emergency.
A valid EFR certificate is mandatory to begin the PADI Rescue Course.
The course includes the EFR Manual and Quick Reference Card.
Requirements: None
Duration: 2 Full Days

Rescue Diver - PADI – R3200
"Increase your knowledge and experience beyond a purely recreational level.
Topics include:
• Self-Rescue
• Recognising and managing stress in other divers
• Emergency management and equipment
• Rescuing panicked divers
• Rescuing unresponsive divers
The course includes all theory and pool sessions, 2 open water training dives, Rescue Diver Manual, Full equipment hire and registration
Requirements: Age 12 and up
Duration: 5 Full Days

Divemaster - PADI – R11800
"Imagine a job where you look forward to work every day! Becoming a Dive Master is the first step in becoming a Dive Professional.
Includes course materials, theory sessions, training dives, pool sessions and tank and weights.
Excludes: Registration fees and Gear – It is a prerequisite for all DM students to own a full set of dive gear.
Requirements: Prerequisite Courses are completed


Our experienced team is passionate about "all things ocean" and will do everything possible to ensure that you experience Sodwana Bay in the safest, most enjoyable way. Our boat is specially equipped for Open Ocean Excursions, Technical groups and Photographers. Over and above the normal dive schedules and plans, we can also offer specialised double tank dives for up to 9 divers to reefs further afield, seldom accessed from Sodwana Bay or alternatively amazing Big Blues can be undertaken.
